Around-the-clock response
We take service calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for residential and commercial customers inside the service area.
No cooling at 11pm in August is not a "wait until Monday" problem. We answer around the clock, and the clock does not change the price.
We answer emergency air conditioning calls 24 hours a day across roughly 60 miles of Old Town, Florida, and we do not charge an after-hours fee on emergency jobs. A night, weekend or holiday call is billed at the same rate as a weekday one. Call (352) 342-3588 and tell us what the system is doing.
Overview
Most companies in North Central Florida bill a premium for nights, weekends and holidays. We do not add an after-hours fee on emergency jobs, because a compressor does not care what day it is and neither should your invoice. Emergency calls get the same full diagnosis as any other job: we find the actual fault, price it before touching anything, and back the repair for a year. If it is something you can safely check yourself before we roll a truck, we will tell you that on the phone at no charge.

Questions
Correct. Emergency jobs do not carry an after-hours fee. A 2am call in August is billed at the same rate as a 2pm call in March.
No cooling in dangerous heat, any burning smell or electrical fault, active water damage from the air handler, and commercial refrigeration losing temperature with product at risk.
If you smell burning, see smoke, or the breaker keeps tripping, shut the system off at the breaker and call us. If the indoor coil is iced over, switching the system to fan only helps it thaw before we arrive.
We serve a radius of roughly 60 miles around Old Town, covering Dixie, Levy, Gilchrist, Lafayette and Taylor counties.
